Our environmental responsibility extends to all of our sourcing and waste reduction practices – composting all food scraps as well as drink garnishes, including flowers, fruits and herbs.
Born and raised on island time, Wilfred knew only the freshest, most flavorful ingredients would do for his elaborately crafted cocktails.
Today we celebrate our legendary Uncle Wilfred by mixing hand-selected, premium spirits with fruit juice that we fresh press daily. We only use our house syrups, which are made from scratch by our seasoned Bar Team.
