A RECIPE FOR YOU

Please enjoy this signature recipe at home while we are on our Winter Break. We’ll be closed January 1 – January 11, 2024.

WILFRED’S WASSAIL (ENGLISH YULETIDE CIDER)
Makes approximately four 8oz servings

1 Quart Unfiltered Fresh Apple Cider Juice
2-3 Cinnamon Sticks
1.25 tsp Whole Cloves
1.25 tsp Whole Allspice
Peel from 1 Orange

Break the cinnamon sticks and lightly crush the spices. Combine all ingredients above in a pot and heat. Bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes, then strain out the solids. Pour into four glasses then add the below to each glass. 

1/2 oz Apple Brandy
1/2 oz Brandy
1/2 oz Sweet Potato Liqueur

Or leave the alcohol out and treat yourself to a delicious mocktail. Serve hot.
